M.K. Wren sounds like someone I need to stock up on before I set to Oregon. Thanks.
And congrats on finding a classical album your husband liked!

I'm always happy to hear of a new mystery author! Thanks for the review.

19 some odd years ago, my new husband and I took a trip up the Pacific Coast, planning on ending in Seattle. We never made it that far, because we stopped in Cannon Beach, Oregon and fell in love with the place. I found a small bookshop there and remember it fondly for two reasons; I picked up two mysteries by M.K. Wren that were clearly set in a Cannon Beach-patterned town. It added to the charm of the visit for me. It's been so long since I read them, I need to get them down again. I loved that bookstore also for the fact that my husband heard Vivaldi playing on the speakers in there and said it was classical music he might actually like. Sweet! I bought the cassette right there on the spot.
