What is a Travel Book?

ANNOUNCEMENT: April 29, 2010. Sorry, I have just learned that this blog no longer exists, taking my timeless words with it!

I am asking my readers to take a little journey today over to Jess Haberman’s blog about books and publishing. There you will find me holding forth about my favorite topic of books and travel at her blog called Book Publishing. Where do you find travel books in the store? Who edits them? What IS a travel book?
